Why use a Referral Program?

Word of mouth is the best recruiting tool and YOU can be part of our recruiting team. We believe that people in the field are the most effective talent scouts a company can have and we trust that you only want to work with the best. We encourage Total Enerflex employees and candidates to refer talented industry professionals in an effort to continue to develop a highly qualified and skilled talent pool.

How does the Referral Program work?

Our Referral Program only requires that a person complete our online application. We do not necessarily have to hire this person; they do not have to stay employed for a probationary period. Keep in mind that we do qualify any individuals that may be suited for open positions so you must be able to stand by your referral.

There are two ways a valid referral can be completed:

1. Simply drop by the office with a completed Referral Program business card

2. If you would like to refer someone, direct them to our website to complete an online application
and, when prompted, have them insert your name for “ Were you referred by someone?”

Every 2 quarters, all the names who provided a referral will be entered into a draw barrel and the winner
will be drawn for a prize valued at up to $400. The winner will be contacted and arrangements will be made for the prize to be delivered.
