From wellhead to finished product, Total is an industry leader in production services for the Oil & Gas industry. We provide a multitude of stand alone services that can be coupled into turnkey solutions for producers looking to maximize production and revenues.

The vision for OILFIELDOPERATOR was to have a recruitment website specifically focused on our core business - oilfield operations.  The original thought process was to have job postings and a detailed operator competency/experience profile (application) for our current and prospective operators.  We created a detailed form which would extrapolate the necessary information that we, as well as operations foreman, need in order to quickly hire qualified operators.  This intake system allows us to profile our current team for projects of any size and skill requirement.  It also allows us to review and hire operators much more efficiently by having all the necessary information in a quick and easy to evaluate form.  The website was also designed to act as a marketing tool to brand and advertise a simple and recognizable name – OILFIELDOPERATOR.COM.  It allows us to advertise and adjust our recruitment efforts in real time, 365 days a year and allows us to meet the ever changing needs of our clients and their operations.
